UNIT 4 - Organising a work space.

1. Organising a work space.
My five advices are:
- We must sit in a adjustable chair because we must have the knees at 90 º angle.
- We must have a lumbar support because it is necessary to have the straight back.
- If we are short people we must have a footrest.
- The computer screen must be at 18-24 “ straight viewing distance.
- I advise to use an ergonomic mouse to reduce the pain in the wrist.
2. Exercises at work.
- Put your left hand on your had and stretch your neck to the left side
- Put your hands in the cervical and take your chin to the chest.
- Put your arms up and stretch them, also stretch your back.
