In spanish we say:
"estar en la Luna de Valencia" and it´s means, someone gets confused, or not to be careful.
"pedir la Luna", is when you want something that it´s imposible to have
"prometer la Luna", signify the same that in English: to promise something that you don´t have and it is not posible to have.
