1. Have you, or has anyone you know, ever suffered from RSI or SAD?

Yes, I've suffered form RSI. During the day, in my work, I'm typing all the time, it can cause the symptoms. I always get aches and pains in my neck, right wrist and back.

2. Do you make sure that you sit and type correctly when you use a computer or typewriter? Do you ever have pains in any parts of your body from using the computer for long periods of time?

Yes, I'm sure. I was doing a specific course to prevent the RSI last year, and I learnt how to sit and type correctly.
Not yet.

3. What advice would you give to someone who has just bought a computer to prevent problems like RSI and aches and pains in the back, shoulders and arms? Write five suggestions. Read the suggestions of your classmates and vote for the best five.

- First, you could put in the correct position your computer and your keyboard. The correct position for your computer is in front of yoi, at eyes level. Can you adjust your chair for get your ankles bend 90ยบ to typing on the keyboard.
- You can do strecht exercices during the day, while you are working.
- Bend your head to the left towards your shoulder. Go as far as you can and hold the position for ten seconds. Then do it on the other side.
- Stretch your arms and bend your wrists dorm. Hold the position for five seconds. Then do it bend your wrists up, and hold five seconds too.
- Lower your head and look at down, hold this position ten seconds. Then up your head and look at the roof, hold on ten seconds. Repeat five times on both sides.

4. Do you think the exercises described in READING are very useful and effective?

Yes, I think that the exercices are succesful and effective. Usually, I have been using.

5. Do you do any exercises during or after working at a desk for a long period of time? Describe two.

Yes, I do.
One of them, this is the 3 sentences that I recomended to do in the question three.
Another: When you are sit in front of your table, bend from the floor while hold your inspiration, when your arms touch the floor do the expiration. You can feel your back relaxing.
