ANSWERS

1. I don’t know anyone that ever suffered from RSI or SAD.
2. I know that sometimes my sit and type aren’t correctly when I use a computer.
Sometimes I have a pain in my back for use the computer for long periods of time.
3.
• You should sit in a comfortable chair with your back lean in it.
• You shouldn’t have the screen too next to you.
• Each two hours more or less you could stand up and walk a little bit, maybe you can go to the toilet or go to the cafeteria …
4. I think the exercises aren’t very useful, but they can be effective.
I don’t do any exercises during or after working at desk for a long time, but two possible exercises are:
Bend your left arm and hold your left elbow with your right arm. Gently push your left arm over your right shoulder.
Sit with your arms by your sides and look straight ahead. Slowly bend your head to your left shoulder and then to your right shoulder.
