It’s very important to your back health that you have in your work a ergonomic seating.
If you spend a lot of time using the keyboard, probably you could try with ergonomic accessories like corner keyboard, monitor arm or floating arm supports.
Another thing that you could do is use a footrest.
About your work station, if you have an adjustable one you’ll feel more comfortable.
Anyway correct typing technique and posture, the right equipment setup, and good work habits are much more important for prevention than ergonomic gadgets.
