work injuries

2.- No, I make sure that I sit and type incorrectly, so I have a pain in my deltoids, because I had an injury some years ago, and it’s possible that when I spend more time in front of my laptop writing or surfing by internet , the injury come back because I forced the back and deltoids.
3.- 1. - You have to buy a pillow for the wrists.
2. - You must have the screen at the same high from your eyes.
3. - You have to sit with the back adjust to the chair.
4. - Your arms have to be straight and flat.
5. - and you have to move the hands from your arms.
4. - Yes, they are useful and effective, so, I read in the net other exercises, but they are basic exercises.
5. - Yes, I go to the gym, and ever when I do my warm-up with this class of exercises.
