Organising a work space

1. Eye problems such as tired eyes and discomfort can be
reduced by reducing the length of time spent at the computer.
Give your eyes demanding tasks. Heat generated by computer
equipment can make air seem drier. If you wear contact lenses,
try blinking, use drops.

2. • Skin disorders - some people experience rashes, irritation, probably due to a
combination of dry air, static electricity, or even individual susceptibility.
This can be resolved by increasing humidity, allowing more fresh air into the
room.
3. Position your mouse within east reach, use with wrists
straight. Sit upright and close to desk. Don’t grip
mouse too tightly.
4. Adjust brightness and contrast controls in screen, make
sure the screen surface is clean.

5. Avoid excess pressure from edge of seat on backs of
legs and knees. Sit in the chair so that backrest is in
your lumbar region; sit straight with feet comfortably
on the floor.
