1. Work injuries

I think I suffered from SAD, because in winter itme I feel tired, depressed and unhappy. I don't suffered from RSI but I think a lot of people who work with me suffered from RSI.

2.

I think usually I sit correctly for use computer, but sometimes I don't sit correctly, and sometimes I have aches and pain in my back and shoulders.

- Alternate hands sometimes with the mouse.
- Learn how to use more of the keyboard controls instead the mouse.
- Adjust your chair and keyboard to flat your wrists when you type.
- You should take breaks in your works and do exercises for tired computer workers.
- Organise your office and desk so that are comfortable.

Yes, I think the exercises are very useful and effective.

5.

- I turn my head to the left and then to the right.
- I stretch my arms behind my backs.
- And usually I go to the gym to do stretching and fitness.
