What could the government of Lep do to support Toggle and to stop its disappearance?

Toggle has to be become the second official language of Lep.
I propose to include it in the school programme.
In the cinema some of the films should be translated en Toggle.
The national festivals with Toggle songs, poems should be organized each year.
For the teenagers Toggle should become the fashion language. You can use it as legend on tee-shirts…

I propose too that the toggle is learning at the school. For exemple two hours a week.
Also an other leads for to promote the toogle, for example special classes for adults, lecture of books, etc.
If the government do nothing, the toggle should be die early.
