Happiness is doing in each moment what corresponds to that moment. I will have the gift of doing things with style and affection. Maybe it is difficult to explain when we are happy, but if you manage to transfer happiness to other people, and feel the happiness of others, it seems to me that you have done the right thing!

living in the present moment, doing the right thing is happiness itself. But it is true that is no so easy.
