These are the qualities that I think impress and interviewer most:
· Show self-confirence and being friendly and showing interest in job is so important too. Sometines some interviews are long and intense and, for this reason, stay calm and self -censured- is important. Show you will be a good employee and partner, surely, will like the interviewer.
· In relations to the quality before, is the appearance. Dress appropiately for every occasion is vital and shows respect both the interviewer and the job. And we have to remember that the appearance is the fisrts contact with the interviewer.
· The last but not least are the qualifications and work experience. Depends on the type of employee they want in the company they will value one or the other aspect.

I think the first impression is very important, be on time for the interview that is better ten minutes before than 1 second after, the appearence does not describe your potential but be clean, a great personality can open many doors however your skills are more important
