I remember my last job interview when I was promoted because It had three parts, when I needed to improve it. I submitted my application form with a memory when I explained about the matter that was published in the offer. Later, I should to do an oral presentation when I could explain my memory and I answered all questions about my presentation. I was very nervously. Finally, the last part was a personal interview.

well,sometimes its great to remember those kind the things that we have to pass to get a job i mean any kind of the job.Not the most of the persons always have a rih parents o famous familiar o there is bussines man in the house so the point the thing that we coming through of the lot of them is the interview of the job for get a job i mean the first to make a test to evalute and know how is your personality i think there was not a porblem with me cause in every interview always i have all the pointa at my favor so i give thanks to God for be a magnificent with me and i canhelp to my family. but the point is if i have to help them i have to start for me

In my opinion, the most important things in a job interview are phisycal appearance and personality because all the data about quialifications and jobs experiencia are in the CV or in the application form. For that reason, I think that the objective of the job interview is to check all the infomation through the appearance and the personality of the candidate.
