The first is a woman: She has thick lips, fine hair of a sensitive and talkative person
The second is a man: He has very close eyes and also he has a long upper lip means he is sarcastic and temperamental
The third is a woman: She has two sides of face similar of a calm and cheerful person
The last one is a man: He has two sides of face different which indicates that he is a moody person
