Your Favourite film

Unfortunately, being a soldier my favourites are war movies. The best one in my opinion is "Apocalipse Now". This film was directed by Francis Ford Coppola, starring by Martin Sheen and the great Marlon Brando. The films was inspired on a mission during the Vietnam war. An US Captain, (Martin Sheen) received a secret mission to find and assasinate a US Colonel (Marlon Brando), accused of murder and who is presumed insane. I suggest to see at least one time this epic war film, it's full of surprise and adventure scenes while forgot the magnificient rendition of the mentioned actors.

Yes, that's a great film, I've seen it a couple of times. In fact, there are quite a lot of good war films... Full metal jacket, I guess Casablance is a war film too! :)
See you,

Your Favourite film UNIT 5

Really I don't have a big preference about the types of films. I don't like so much war movies, western, romance, and super-heroes serialized movies. I enjoy thrillers, musicals, science-fiction, some horror and period films. Recently I saw two nice films that I can recommend. I liked so much the plot of the last Almodovar's film "Dolor y Gloria". I feel the most sincerily of the last teen years of the spanish director. The film is quite impressive. Have a great screenplay, a beautiful cinematography , and a amazing Antonio Banderas' performance. Another strange film that I enjoyed a lot, was "7 razones para huir" a catalan film that explain seven little stories in 7 chapters with a extraordinary black sense of humor, and a big compromise with social illness about our contemporary life. Some of these chapters are quite original and powerful, and one of them would feel you shocked.
