I think thart usually remakes are worse than original films, but if the original ones aren’t very good the remakes can be better than those ones. On the other hand special effects can improve the original film as, for example, happened with “Perseo”. Remakes about “The planet of the apes” are much worse than that one starred by Charlton Heston.
