unlucky week

On Sunday night, went I went to bed I had a little headache. It took two hours to sleeping when sunddenly, I woke up becouse my neigbours came and clled party a lot. They were making noise like a half hour and it was increasing my headache. On Monday when I heard the alarm clock I was exhausted. I went to work and I got hooked strike metro, so I get later at work. Midmorning I saw that I had fever again. When I arrived home, I called the doctor and he was diagnosed me a flu. On Tuesday and Wednesday I spend in bed. Thursday I went to work but I just find it well enough. It went so confused and I stumbled and hurt my ankle. On Friday my ankle was inflated and I spend the week end at home by resting the food and taking pain medication for the flu. It was areally horrible week.

my neigbours came and clled party a lot= and started partying. to party is the verb.
I got hooked strike metro= Mm, this doesn't work in English. There was a Metro strike, so I got to work late.
but I just find it well enough= This is not clear: I still wasn't very well?
It went so confused = I was feeling confused..
my ankle was inflated= was swollen.
