Ask for an advice

this month, after 22 years since i joined the italian army, i'm waiting for a new task.
The problem is that i don't know where and if there are a good condition to move with my family. This is the fourth place i've changed during the last 12 years and sincerely, this time i'm tired and worried about it. My children are growing up and now they have friends, hobbies and their life here in my town. Ten years ago i bought a new house and i'm still paying for it. I' don't know how to do. I'm praying that the armed forces understand my familiar situation and make me happy avoiding to move me from the actual city.
