I think work experience and personality are the most important qualities for an interviewer. The experience guarantees success in the adaptation of the applicant to the vacant position, and the personality is also very important because each position needs a specific person profile. The interviewer studies deeply what the applicant answers but also how he answers and his body expression. The appearance is less important than other qualities, although in a few jobs is very important. Qualifications are also important because in most cases are essential for a job.
