I think that in a job interview you have to go beyond some conditions. First of all is appearance. Depending on the position, you know the interviewer would see well-dressed applicants because the appearance is very important, like lawyers, economist or civil servants. If the first impression is good, I think it’s easier that interviewer listen you with more attention and check your résumé with more interest. But the most important is your personality. If you have a very good CV, but you don’t know how express yourself, it could be a disaster, because only you can defend yourself in front of a lot of applicants. However all this, for me the better thing it would be that interviewer doesn’t give importance to appearance and only considers your capacity… But nowadays, it seems impossible.
