1- Important qualities:
Work experience and qualifications are the qualities I think impress an interviewer most. Also the personality is important.

2- Job interviews:
I have been interviewed for a job a lot of times. The first interviews were a hard experiences, but the last interviews are a good experience because I have been working.

3. Job advise-
The most important in a job interview is to be yourself, it's necessary to be true because if in the futur you will work in this new job, you will be the same person and no an actor
