Job description
As a product manager you are responsible for the regional market appointed to you.
Together with the product team, you will find new apartments for your sector and in additional European countries. You’ll visit the prospective apartments, negotiate conditions/contracts with the apartment owners/operators, and finally set-up the apartments in the booking engine.
You are an excellent team player, you are able to sell our services without any doubt, you are convincing and convinced. Furthermore, you are excellent in your sales.
Function description
- Acquisition of new apartments;
- Visit apartments and discuss solutions to improve results;
- Handle price negotiations and contracts;
- Responsible for area coverage and targets;
- Be a medium for complaints for/from apartment owners;
- Monitor performance in your sector;
- Deliver quantity and quality reports;
- Market our brand name and expand networks.
Requirements
- Fluent English, verbal and written, third language Spanish, French, Dutch, etc is a plus;
- Sales experience, B2C as well as B2B.
- Excellent commercial attitude, target focused, a real team player;
- Excellent communication skills, spoken as well as written;
- University or similar education, entrepreneur attitude;
- Organized and reliable in your sales, adapting easily into your sales role;
- Accurate and critical work attitude, organized, able to work on own initiative;
- Keen eye for detail, enthusiastic and pro-active attitude;
- Excellent computer skills;
- Perfect internet knowledge and skills;
- Perfect MS office skills;
