I have never been interviewed for a job, so I can't give an opinion about this. When I was studying I done the practices of my career in the place where I amb working. Then I started to work here in summer and doing substitutions. Since then, I have been working in the same job. I have been lucky in this aspect!
But I think if you go to an interview, you have to be self-confident and demonstrate you are the indicated person for the job. To be quiet is essential.
