Hi! I think that, in the interviews, it’s important the work experience and the qualifications because it’s determinate the suitability of the job.
The interview help to show the personality of the people, but I think also that the appearance plays a role too much important.
2. Job interviews.
It’s long ago that I don’t have done many interviews, but before, when I was younger, I have done a lot. I don’t never have liked the job interviews because I should demostrate beyond my competences. I think that it’s necessary to demostrate your competences and explain your work experience, but I hate to show good and formal appearance... because maybe my appearance it’s no formal, per exemple.
3. Job advice.
The most important advice would I give to someone about to go to their first job interview is defending his CV and looking for information about the company of the job.
It’s sad, but he must care the formal appearance also.
