In a job interview, the first qualities I think impress an interviewer are the appearance and the personality, because this is the firts think that the other people see on you. But there are another qualities that depends of the job are or not importants, like qualifications and work experience.

Hi Rosa! I'm agree that the appearance is the first impression for the interviewer, but the second one I didn't think the same like you. I think that it isn't possible to know a personality in a few minutes. I think that the second one was the work experience, qualifications on the third place and personality at last.
