I think that one of the most important qualities in a job interview is work experience. Your appearance can to be good, but not for all kind of jobs. With a good qualifications, you have to have much possibilities, but not always and with a fantastic personality people don't eat, instead if you have a work experience you have the 90% of possibilities to get the job.
