Normally, my interviews for a job were good experience. I think it depends on your aspirations and your mental state.
Specially, I remember my last interview for a job in the Gerenalitat. It was summer, in 1990. The interviewer was a good guy, shy and nervous. I had to speak all time a lot because he say nothing. It was really incredible!. And finally I got the job.
