I found at Internet that there is some forums of liar people that use mobile phone for lie their wife or husband, boss, associate, friends… and they help them to do it. When one of them needs to lie someone ask for help at forum and another member offer himself to call and give some excuse.
There are some companies too, that offer to you to know where is one determinate mobile phone in a precise time and so you will know if the its owner had tell you true or lying.
