I agree with both because the new technology of mobiles phones is a good thing because they give people more freedom, are good for business people, have helped to rescue people in danger and you can use the Internet to learn new things. But there are some disavantges: People use mobile phones in public places and disturb other people¸when you need them mobile phones don't work, etc.
