1. Important qualities
I think that the most important qualitie to value in a job interview are the work experience, after personality, qualifications and the last are the apearence. First work experience because as much as experience, before are fruitful the worker. Personality is very important. At the ende apearence, except for jobs to attend clientes.
2. Job interviews
Yes I've been interviewed the last time, three years ago. I had a good experience, but I don`t obtain the position.
3. Job advice
I think that is very important the sincerity, and don't put oneself in state of nervous tension.
