I have been interviewed eight or nine times. I remember an interview with three people. It was not a bad experience but I think that the situation was not comfortable.

When you are talking with someone you have to look his eyes and his faces in order to demonstrate you are interested and you are keeping up the conversation. With three interviewers this is too difficult.
