I agree with the arguments given by the lady but not at 100%. Sometimes mobile phones are intrusive or innadecuate: I saw people using it at incredible places ( inside the bathroom, inside the church, inside a noisy disco), sometimes disturbing other people ( when used inside the bus, during lunch in the restaurant) also in risk situations ( while driving), but we should accept that our lives improved a lot when it is used correctly: when we are late attending an appointment, to call police when we had an accident. Maybe it is as simple as establishing some simple rules, when it is addecuate not to use it.
