A German SME, specialised in the development and production of access control and time recording systems, has developed a novel mini-converter, which allows to connect RS-485 peripheral devices with a PC using the Universal Serial Bus (USB) in a fast and easy way. The converter is specially designed for the 2-wire-technology of RS-485, avoiding any confusing configuration set-ups. The company is looking for partners from industrial services for a commercial agreement with technical assistance.
