In a job interview, what qualities do you think impress an interviewer most?

I think that in an interview, appearance and personality are very important to make a good impression. If you have a good appearence the interviewer is more open to listen you and your presence commands a feeling of respect. Regarding to personality, if your personality likes at the interviewer, it will have more empathy between yours.
