Bigfoot came originally from Europe and may still haunt the old world!
Bigfoot has long been an American creature in an American tradition, but GUST can now reveal that it came from and originated in Europe, where it has been seen in the mountains and the mountain towns over 1 000 years ago, but also to this very day. Because European cryptozoologists have never bothered to search for them in their own backyard, the original Bigfoots are most likely still out there.
Present days Bigfoots was mainly reported from the mountain areas of Europe and since no one has bothered to trek these often very remote, inaccessible and desolate areas, these unknown beasts may still be out there.
I know myself that it's much more fun to search somewhere else, preferably abroad and as far from home as possible, but we need to rethink this and start on our own backyard, both to be credible and to get somewhere without spending thousands upon thousands of
hard-earned money.
Searching at home also has the advantage you can search at any time of the year, especially when it comes to a creature like Bigfoot.
Because I only speaks and understand Swedish, Norwegian and English I can't give you the historical backgrounds of the European Bigfoots, but as the "new" GUST goes along, we hope to enlist people from other European countries too, like France, Spain, the European parts of Russia, former Yugoslavia, etc.
