In my opinion, an interviewer see these qualities in this order: appearance, qualifications, work experience and personality.I don' t agree because I think the most important to give a job should be the qualifications and not the appearance. what do you think?
I only have an interview in my life and the expeerience was very good because I am already working there.
My advice to someone about to go to their first job interview would be that he/she left the nerves at home and not worry about it. Surely, the interview won't be so hard!

In my opinion appearance is such an important thing. Do you imagine to have someone in front of you completely "lost", untidy, ...
