I think all are important factors: appearance, because you have to give a serious and responsible image when you go to an interview. The interviewer will pay attention everything you're going to do and to say and the first thing he will see it will be your clothing.
The second one, the qualifications. You have to prepared for the work you're interested in. Each work is different but you have to meet the minimum requirements.
The work experience is very important, if you've been working before in something relationated to, you will have more probalities to be the appropiate person.
And, finally, the personality. Sometimes, some works require a high capacity for the environment, the persons you're going to work to or others factors than make necessary, for example, a strong and experienced person.
All my job interviews have been successful. One of the most important things it's not be nervous and be yourself. If you have the necessary qualifications and a little experience and you want to learn more, you'll get the job.
