Points to be in a curriculum vitae.

1- Personal
Name
Place and date of birth
Marital status (you can omit it as values)
Reference Address
Contact phone, email, etc.
2- Academic History: Descending chronological 2002, 2001, 2000
Studies and degrees awarded
Centre location and dates of study
Additional postgraduate training
Study abroad, scholarships, etc.
3- Professional background:
Company, agency, institution
Date, responsibilities and functions performed
If you do not have much experience, says if you do practice.
4- Languages:
Which and what level you have of them, oral and writing (titles, if you have) is to put half-normal, high or low. I would choose to indicate spoken and writing or writing, etc.
5- Computer:
That put at the user level is so outdated as indeterminate. Preferable to fewer applications that drive but the drive detailing the use of them do.
6- Other important information:
For driver's license, the basketball club, the team of the faculty or your favourite hobby, that you must value every time.

For precisely that question, to put in the most clear, precise and engaging those titles, positions, work experience and data that may lead or what is better, awaken who care to read it values in order to identify and use in your organization
