• Driving the organisation wide change programme, influencing and engaging with key players across all functional areas.
• Proactively developing and implementing people strategies relating to areas such as talent management, succession planning and organisational design.
• Strategically and operationally managing the HR Directorate.
• Providing high level consulting and advice to the Executive Team on HR and related issues
I think I wouldn’t be good for this job because i don’t have the necessary experience.
