2- IN YOUR COUNTRY
The jobs in my country are very similar as the other countries.
Still there are many differences between men and women´s jobs.
In Spain the men´s tradicional jobs are mechanic, pilot, taxi driver...and the women´s tradicional jobs are flight attendant, office clerk...
Long time ago the situation was worse than now. I think theese differences are changing more and more.
3- SEARCH
The women in Madrid earn 27% less than men. The women earn 7000€ per year less than men. The women must work 418 days to earn the same as men in 365 days.
In Spain the earnings woman per year is about 16.943€; That´s a 25.6% less than the man, who earns 22.780€ per year.
Actually there are many women doing men´s jobs and men doing women´s jobs.
Works made by women considered men´s job are ambulance driver, bus driver, investigator, electrician,plumber....
Works made by men considered women´s jobs are cook, hairdresser, nurse, babysitter, office clerk, shop cashier....
