Some advices I will give to people who is going to an interview for their first job are:
1. To go there well dressed and not too much provocative nor agressive
2. To be polite
3. To explain clearly that they are expecting to learn a lot in the work
4. To say to the interviewer that they are ready to work in a team
5. And taht they will make the courses necessaries to be good at work
