I think this is a good site because offers some good advice to find job.
There are two that seem essential:
First: searching job is a job: you have to dedicate eight hours a day - five days a week in the search.
Second: you have to create your personal brand, something that you distinguishes you from others candidates and this thing is the reason that the employer should hire you.
