I agree with you. I think work experience and personality are the most important qualities.
I mean, a secure person, who looks straight at the interviewer's eyes, who speaks loud and clear has more probabilities than another to get the job.
Work experience is another important qualitie, because explains the evolution of the applicant very well, and his skills to improve in his career
