Yes I have been interviewed for a job several times. The experience was good sometimes and bad others. The worst thing is that I am nervous and my explanations and my answers are worse that in a normal situation, but anyway it depend on the interviewer, and in general I have found a good people doing interviews. Also I have to say that I don’t like personnel questions for example about your religion or beliefs, etc. because I think it’s not important for a job.

I have been interviewed for a job several times too.

Looking back in time I think that the most important thing when you are interviewed is to keep calm all the time. If you are calm, you can think and process the questions they do, and answer them better. I have passed all the interview that really didn't need; I suppose that it is because I wasn't nervous at all.

As my colleagues, I have been interviewed for a job several times too.

Each interview means a hope in a better personal future, so a lot of interviews usually means a lot of disappointments. But one day, you don't know exactly why, is the "D" day. You win. Perhaps you weren't much nervous, or you were very clever in your opinions, or you look as saying "it's doesn't matter if you don't take me because I've lot of opportunities...".

It's just only one thing you can be sure, the truth is out there: only the interviewer knows what he/she's looking for, so be yourself, it's better.
