I think that the appearance is the less important, but it's important to have a good appearance in a job interview; but this good appearance have to be connected with the kind of job: is not the same a job of marketing, or if you are looking for an singer work!. I think that the work experience is very important, and the personality, but qualifications don't are importants ever.
