Important qualities, job interviews and job advice

Hi everybody!
I have done many interviews during my working life and not all have been good, in fact some have been a real disaster, especially the first that I did after graduating ... I had no experience and I was very nervous ....
However, I have learned that the most qualities the interviewers usually appreciate are your curriculum, good presence and the way express yourself.
So if I were to give advice for a first meeting would be: stay calm, pick a formal dress, defending your curriculum, find information about the company that you wish to work ... and above all good luck!
Best wishes
Beth
