I think qualities as qualifications, job experience, appareance or personality are very importants, and a interviewer have to consider in order to valorate workplace's applicants. But, I change the priority order of this ratings based on the characteristics of employ. If the workplace is for a personal manager, I would a person with personality and experience. But, if someone needs a good computer software specialist, I would recommend to chose a technician who had higth qualifications.
