Asking for advice

I'm writing to you because I have a problem. Lately I have more work than I could reach. I said at least three times to my boss, but it’s always the same explanation: “the crisis make that we have to accumulate more tasks than before to get more profits but with the same workers”. What should I do? Every night, while I sleep I am thinking about work. I’m going to get crazy!!!
