Your health is the most important thing in life. You talked to your boss. Now, consider taking care of you, because if you work more than you can end sick and that would be even worse. If I were you, I would take care of me and mainly I would eat well and enjoy with my family and friends during the weekends just to relax. If the situation continues, you should look for another job.
