1. Modern technology

I think both are right.
I'm agree with Maite's noticeboard post. I think that technology has to know use it correctly and when it's necessary.
A lot of young people make an overuse and sometimes in a antisocial way without taking into account the people around.
But there's no denying that the fact to have had a huge access to so many different technological gadgets (mobile phone, computer,
game console and other home appliances) from an early age, will make their life greatly easier in the future.

2. Vocabulary

1. Laptop computer. For his comfort and allow work with a computer from anywhere. Being able to work in a Wi-fi environments it has been great!
2. Remote control. Nowadays nobody remembers, but in the beginning it was so strange not getting up to change the channel!
3. Microwave oven. Another home appliance that we can find on every house or how we can heat food or liquids very fast.
4 i 5. Digital camera and memory card. Both have opened a huge door to the world of photography.

3. Mobile phone stories

Once upon a time a journalist said that when she arranges a meeting with some friend for example for having lunch, she doesn't bear that his friend
interrupt the conversation for receiving calls. It's bad manners according to her due to she is interrupting the conversation. In fact, I think the journalist
is right, you can extrapolate to a conversation between two persons when a third one cuts the conversation to speak with one of the interlocutor. The
journalist said that, as a courtesy, she always turn the mobile phone off just before to find someone else.
