Ask for advices

I begin working every morning at 8 o'clock and I can't afford it. I'm very angry until about 9:00. I could begin working at 9:00 am but if I do this, I will have to work for an extra hour after everybody at work has gone home and I think it will be even worse.

Can you give me some advice, please? What would you do?

Go to the doctor and do a good check. Maybe you have a health problem. Nothing important. I mean a small problem like not take enough vitamins or minerals or something like that.
